Frequently asked
questions...
What is a creative partnership, and how does it work?
A creative partnership is a monthly collaboration that gives you consistent access to senior-level design support without hiring in-house. Instead of one-off projects, you receive dedicated creative capacity focused on your brand, goals, and ongoing needs.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or agency?
This model offers the best of both worlds: agency-level thinking with the flexibility of a freelancer. You get predictable pricing, priority access, faster turnaround, and a designer who builds deep familiarity with your brand—without long contracts or overhead.
What types of work are included (and what’s not)?
Most visual design needs are included: marketing assets, social media graphics, presentations, print materials, website updates, and campaign extensions. Not included are unlimited requests, full website builds from scratch, advanced video editing, or heavy copywriting/SEO work. Anything outside scope is always discussed upfront.
How fast is turnaround, and how do revisions work?
Most requests are completed within
2–5 business days
, depending on scope and your partnership level. Revisions are collaborative and reasonable, with the goal of achieving clarity and alignment—not endless rounds.
Is there a minimum commitment or rollover of unused time?
Partnerships have a
3-month minimum commitment
to allow for brand immersion and meaningful momentum. Unused hours do not roll over, as each month reserves dedicated creative capacity for you.
How do we communicate, and can I change my plan later?
Requests and feedback are managed through a simple, organized workflow to keep projects moving smoothly. Plans can be adjusted as your needs evolve, and if you’re unsure which level fits best, we’ll determine that together during a discovery call.
